How do I know this is authentic?
We source through authorised supply rather than open marketplaces, and every item is checked on arrival — outer seal intact, batch code present, packaging as the brand supplies it. If anything reaches you as other than described, contact us and we'll take it back.
Should I patch test first?
Yes — especially with actives like retinol, vitamin C or acids. Apply a small amount to the inner arm and leave it 24 hours before using it on your face. If you see irritation, stop using it.
What order should I apply my products in?
Thinnest to thickest: cleanser, toner, serum, eye cream, moisturiser, then SPF in the morning. Introduce one new active at a time so you can tell what's actually working — or what isn't agreeing with you.
Can I return skincare?
Unopened, still-sealed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept opened skincare unless it arrived damaged, faulty, or not as described.
How long does it last once opened?
Check the small open-jar symbol on the packaging — the number next to it (6M, 12M, 24M) is how many months the brand recommends using it after opening. Store away from heat and direct sunlight.
How long does delivery take?
US orders ship free and tracked. Add your current handling and delivery windows here so customers know exactly what to expect before they order.
