How do I know this is authentic?
We source through authorised supply rather than open marketplaces, and every item is checked on arrival — seal intact, packaging as the brand supplies it, batch code matched where one is printed. If anything reaches you as other than described, contact us and we'll take it back.
What does 'tester' mean in a listing?
A tester is the same authentic product the brand supplies to retail counters, but in plain trade packaging — usually a white or brown box, and sometimes without the decorative cap. It is not a sample or a decant. We always say tester in the title so you know exactly what arrives.
Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette — what's the difference?
It's the concentration of perfume oil. Eau de Toilette (EDT) is lighter and fresher and usually sits closer to the skin. Eau de Parfum (EDP) is richer and typically lasts longer. The same fragrance name can smell noticeably different between the two, so it's worth checking which one you're buying.
Can I return this?
Unopened, still-sealed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept opened fragrance or skincare unless it arrived damaged, faulty, or not as described.
How should I store it so it lasts?
Keep it boxed, upright, and away from sunlight, radiators and bathroom steam — heat and light are what break fragrance and active skincare down. For skincare, check the small open-jar symbol on the pack for how many months to use it after opening.
How long does delivery take?
US orders ship free and tracked. Add your current handling and delivery windows here so customers know exactly what to expect before they order.
